Jon has more than 32 years of experience in the golf industry with 25 of those years as a Member of the PGA.  Jon has worked a combined 11 years at Congressional Country Club, TPC Potomac at Avenel Farms, and Columbia Country Club. He was also the Head Professional at Falls Road Golf Course in Potomac Maryland for 11 years, and most recently the General Manager and Head Professional at The Club at PB Dye for four years. Elected to membership in the PGA of America in 1993 under the tutelage of Bill Strausbaugh, Jon knows what it takes for members and guests to feel welcome as soon as they enter the property. Among his golf achievements are competing in the 1995 NIKE Dominion Open, 1996 Kemper Open, and winning numerous Middle Atlantic events and Pro Am’s. Over the course of Jon’s golf experience, he has been passionate about teaching and growing the game of golf. Jon enjoys teaching golf at all levels from beginners, juniors, and expert level golfers. Jon attended Methodist College in Fayetteville, North Carolina from 1984-1989 and played for the Methodist Golf Team. LeSage lives with his wife, Anne and three children in Frederick, Maryland.

Justin Keith

Justin has been a PGA member for the last 16 years. He spent 10 years as a lead instructor at Falls Road golf course and 5 years teaching at the Club at PB Dye.  He has specialized in running junior golf camps and coaching PGA Junior League teams at the 13U and 17U level.  Justin was the head golf coach for the Linganore High School golf team from 2017 to 2020 and lead them to a runner up state championship in 2018. Justin still enjoys competing in the Mid Atlantic PGA local events and attended Methodist University where he received his business degree with a concentration in Professional Golf Management.   Justin enjoys working with juniors, adults, and students of all skill levels. His goal for each student is to see long term improvement and create a fun environment for everyone to learn. Justin loves to instill his passion for the game into each of his students and loves to see the game of golf continue to grow.
