J.T.'s Big Breakfast Buffet: Fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sausage patties, hash-browned potatoes, english muffin, juice, fresh coffee or tea.
J.T.s Box Lunch: Deli sandwich, chips, fresh fruit, freshly baked cookie and beverage.
Grand Barbecue Buffet: Freshly marinated chicken, Angus hamburgers, all beef hotdogs, lightly tossed mixed green vinaigrette salad, homemade cole slaw, red skin potato salad, assortment of freshly baked cookies, brewed iced tea, soda & condiments.
Roasted Beef Tenderloin: Roasted beef tenderloin, alfredo or pesto fettuccine, vegetable medley, lightly tossed mixed green vinaigrette salad and an assortment of desserts.
Assortment of Appetizers: Teriyaki Chicken Skewers, Sweet & Sour Meatballs, Beef Tenderloin, Miniature Crab Cakes & Fresh Fruit Platter.
Open Bar: Premium liquor, domestic and imported beer, house wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
